Myfirsthome.org.uk is part of the Housing Options Plus service run by Metropolitan Home Ownership (MHO). MHO are the government’s appointed National HomeBuy Agent providing a range of post-sale services for some of the Government’s HomeBuy shared equity products launched since 2005. Housing Options Plus is funded by the Homes and Communities Agency.

Our Service

Our service to you starts after you have completed your property purchase and have moved into your new home.

We want you to enjoy living in your new home and to make the payment of fees and other processes as easy as possible for you.

Housing Options Plus will be responsible for all transactions associated with your home. Including:

• Answering your questions
• Managing information
• Collecting repayments
• Collecting fees

It is important to note we are not your property landlord, so questions about service charges, communal gardens, lifts and any other aspects relating to the site management of the property will not be dealt with by us but by the management agent of your property.
